Community Resource Centre

We also own and operate a Community Resource Centre that provides access to a modest community library, a meeting room, an information corner, free access to the internet as well as easy access to the personnel for assistance, information and referral.

We implemented two programs to help seniors stay more active physically and mentally and to help them live longer in the comfort of their own home: the “Healthy after 50” program and the “Jog your mind” program. These programs are run with the assistance of health professionals and community organizations.
